Are these the same products used at Le Petit Spa?+
Many of the brands we carry are also used in spa treatments at Le Petit Spa — but our shop also includes carefully selected lines from other professional skincare brands Priti and our team trust and recommend. Every product is hand-selected by Priti, our founder, based on her professional spa experience.
Who chooses the products in your shop?+
Priti, our founder, hand-selects every product. With more than 20 years of professional skincare experience, she deliberately keeps the shop small and curated rather than overwhelming you with hundreds of options.
Are your products cruelty-free, clean, or pregnancy-safe?+
Each product page includes ingredient highlights and skin-type notes. If you have specific ingredient concerns — pregnancy, nursing, allergies, or sensitivities — email us at hello@lepetitskincare.com before ordering and we'll help you choose safely.

Shipping

Where do you ship and how long does it take?+
We currently ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Enjoy free U.S. shipping on qualifying skincare orders over $75.
Can I pick up my order at the spa in Charlotte?+
If you'd like to skip shipping and pick up at Le Petit Spa (12105 Copper Way, Ste 202, Charlotte, NC 28277), email us at hello@lepetitskincare.com after placing your order and we'll arrange pickup during spa hours.

Returns & reactions

What's your return policy?+
If something isn't right, email us at hello@lepetitskincare.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's a refund, exchange, or a better-matched product.

I had a reaction to a product. What should I do?+
Stop using the product right away and contact us at hello@lepetitskincare.com. Tell us what you experienced, when, and what other products you were using at the time. We take reactions seriously and will help you understand what may have caused it and what to try instead. If symptoms are severe, please consult a medical professional.
