How to Use

Fully charge the device before use. Clean skin thoroughly, apply a water-based gel or the selected Environ product to the treatment area (skin must stay moist throughout). Dampen the conduction cloth and wrap around the back of the device so it contacts both metal panels and the palm. Press ON/OFF for 1 second (defaults to Programme 1, blue light). Place the flat Treatment Head onto the area and wait for the beep to start; hold static for 15 seconds between beeps, moving slightly and overlapping the previous position each time. Start with treatments twice a week and slowly increase frequency until it can be used once daily.
