After a Peel or Treatment
Can I use Retinal Advanced after a peel or treatment?
This contains retinal, so the timing depends on your treatment. After a glycolic, salicylic or SkinCeuticals peel, pause it until your skin has fully settled, usually about 5 to 7 days. After an Environ Cool Peel, ask your esthetician when to restart, because Environ builds its peels around continued vitamin A use. After a BioRePeel (Rejuvenation Peel) or microchanneling, wait until your esthetician confirms your skin has calmed. After dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, wait at least 2 days. Every treatment is different, so always follow the aftercare instructions from your esthetician, patch test first, and stop using it if irritation lasts.
