Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
• Sealed
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Special orders
• Subscription or auto-replenishment orders after they have been processed
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• A clear photo of the item
• A clear photo of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Le Petit Skin Care is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after your eligible return has been approved.
